Names and specific locations are not provided. As an extra precaution, if fewer than 20 records were found in a given ZIP Code, those records having that ZIP Code were not included in this table. More information on this dataset is available in the attached caseload_dec_2016_current_zip.pdf. Locations of the geographic center of the ZIP Code stated in the CURRENT_ZIP field were provided for analytical purposes.
